- If your request is approved for processing, you will receive an email with the applicable administrative processing fee and payment instructions.
- Administrative processing fees are as follows:
- A$50 per individual Photo, Story or Highlight
- A$100 per individual Reel
- A$250 per individual Professional Highlights Video
- Approved removal requests will only be processed once payment has been received.
- We may request additional information to verify your identity and confirm that you are the individual featured in the content.
- If multiple identifiable individuals appear in the content, additional verification may be required.
- Approved requests are generally processed within 2 business days after payment has been received.
