By entering Pardesi Swaggers (the “Venue”), you automatically consent to the capture of your image, voice, and/or likeness through photography, video recording, and other forms of media (“Media”) as part of the Venue’s events, activities, and operations. This includes, but is not limited to, media captured by the Venue’s staff, contractors, or third-party affiliates for promotional, marketing, or other purposes.
1. Automatic Consent
By entering the Venue or attending any event hosted by the Pardesi Swaggers, you agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. This Media may be used by Pardesi Swaggers for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes, including on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, our website, and in print or digital advertisements.
2. No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of any Media in which you may appear, and all rights to the Media are solely owned by Pardesi Swaggers.
3. Use of Media
The captured Media may be used by Pardesi Swaggers in perpetuity, across various platforms and in any form of media, including but not limited to online and print materials, advertisements, social media, and other promotional activities.
4. Waiver of Claims
By entering the Venue, you waive any and all claims against Pardesi Swaggers, its employees, agents, and contractors related to the use of your image or likeness, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
5. Privacy and Respect
While Pardesi Swaggers may capture Media for promotional purposes, we are committed to respecting your privacy. If you wish to opt out or do not want to be filmed or photographed, please notify the Venue staff immediately, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request. However, please note that opting out may require leaving the Venue or event.
6. Request To Remove Photo/Story/Highlight/Reel/Highlights Video
Our team invests significant time and resources in capturing and producing photos, stories, highlights, reels and other promotional content from our events.
If you wish to request the removal of any published content featuring you, you must submit a request through our official Removal Request page. Administrative processing fees apply to all post-publication removal requests.
Please note that submission of a removal request does not guarantee removal. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Removal Request Policy. Certain promotional materials, advertisements or professionally produced content may not be eligible for removal once published or distributed.
