By entering Pardesi Swaggers (the “Venue”), you automatically consent to the capture of your image, voice, and/or likeness through photography, video recording, and other forms of media (“Media”) as part of the Venue’s events, activities, and operations. This includes, but is not limited to, media captured by the Venue’s staff, contractors, or third-party affiliates for promotional, marketing, or other purposes.
1. Automatic Consent
By entering the Venue or attending any event hosted by the Pardesi Swaggers, you agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. This Media may be used by Pardesi Swaggers for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes, including on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, our website, and in print or digital advertisements.
2. No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of any Media in which you may appear, and all rights to the Media are solely owned by Pardesi Swaggers.
3. Use of Media
The captured Media may be used by Pardesi Swaggers in perpetuity, across various platforms and in any form of media, including but not limited to online and print materials, advertisements, social media, and other promotional activities.
4. Waiver of Claims
By entering the Venue, you waive any and all claims against Pardesi Swaggers, its employees, agents, and contractors related to the use of your image or likeness, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
5. Privacy and Respect
While Pardesi Swaggers may capture Media for promotional purposes, we are committed to respecting your privacy. If you wish to opt out or do not want to be filmed or photographed, please notify the Venue staff immediately, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request. However, please note that opting out may require leaving the Venue or event.
6. Request To Remove Photo/Photos
Our team puts a lot of efforts to capture these memories, however, if you are not happy with any of the photos and want it to be removed, you can submit a request to remove it.
Please Note – If there are more than one person in the photo, we need the removal request from all the people captured in it. We also need to match it with your social accounts to make sure the photos are yours.
7. Remove A Video/Reels
Please be advised that once posted, any videos or reels being used for advertisements or promotions cannot be removed from our social media platforms, including on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and our website.
By entering the Venue, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this notice of automatic consent.
